You can download a template there, and make your file headers from the spreadsheet you get from ABE (assuming it can export as CSV or something that can be converted to that) match the template from eBay. It may require some work, we tried it a few years ago (when it was called File Exchange) and it took a good bit of tweaking to make it work right.
