Re: unsold and not relisted items

There is a known glitch on eBay. Please report your event. The more reports maybe they will kick up the fix priority.

Re: unsold and not relisted items

Had same thing. I thought maybe it was due to items sold which reduces your active listings but they did count towards your 250 free listings for that month? I got banged for a handful of  these listing charges and decided it wasn't worth the time chasing it down at this time.  Also, I can't be sure, but I believe a week or two ago my used/unused didn't add to 250 but I can't be sure. That is what peeked my curiosity about how it works as I was looking at a store sub with the 1000 listings.

Re: unsold and not relisted items

OK but you're caps lock is still on 😁 No reason to yell at us as were trying to help

If you are sure that you're listings meet the free criteria and there is a discrepancy then you are stuck in the same boat as all of us trying to get a call back from eBay and having them actually understand the situation besides the typical answers:

1. I have put a note on you're account

2. I have escalated this

3. You should get a reply in 24-48 hours

All **bleep** standard answers to get you off the phone

Re: unsold and not relisted items

Not only is all caps considered rude it’s extremely difficult to read. I suspect many of the experienced sellers who could help will just take a pass. No one likes being deliberately yelled at.

Re: unsold and not relisted items

It's difficult to read posts in all caps and a lot of people read it as if you are yelling at us.

At least some of your sold items would have been relisted in October so those would also count as October new listings.  At least one of your auctions was relisted in Oct. too.

Yea I don't like reading ALL CAPS either. I didn't bother reading.
