Don't you hate it when you are typing out a super long informative reply to a buyer, spending a long time researching and providing the best help you can for them, perfectly keeping it just within the 2000 character limit, press the submit button and you see that stupid kid with the hoodie over his face?!
Darn you Thursday nights... got me again. Gotta remember to type out these messages in wordpad first or something.

I don't know if I'm supposed to tell anybody this, but what the hell ...
The kid's secret is revealed when you reverse the colors in the image.

Oh, the little trick:
Make it a habit, instead of clicking submit, do this:
Press Ctrl+A, then Ctrl+C, then submit.
Now if it fails, the contents of that message are in your clipboard.
I do it all the time, here too.

Yea I do that all the time when I'm typing a message and I have to attach a photo... because sometimes when I attach a photo, the dumb page actually just loads the photo and displays it in the browser.
But I haven't taught myself to instinctively do that for every message. Especially when I'm working on messages in my iPad. Select all, copy function sucks with tablets.

Use a clipboard manager like Clipmate and get into the habit of highlighting a message text and copying to the clipboard before trying to save. Works for me.

Yes it does!

Wow, you need to change your ways as no one should type a 2000 character message. KISS

I thought the stupid kid in the hood photo was for listings not found. I cant say I have ever had that pop up when sending a message to someone.
But yes - if you are going to write an essay then either do it in Notepad first or at least save it to your clipboard before hitting the send button. Better luck next time. 😊

He pops up with any page that's not found, broken link, wrong URL, etc. He's not exclusive to expired listings.

Wow, good thing I said just under that 2000 limit then huh. I was just saying that as a way to illustrate my point. But thanks for the tip message police! 🙂
