Can you provide more information on your issue? Such as, device type, browser type, OS version, etc.
Have you tried starting an auction on both a computer browser and also in the eBay mobile app?

I'm seeing 4300 listings. Just taking a shot here...Did you perhaps go beyond what your limits are? I would try to contact customer service and see if that might be the case.

Thanks for the posts, I'm just trying to do on my computer what I do 1000 times before the same way up until about 10 pm last evening. Those items in my draft from last night I was able to resume and list. But I can't copy any of them, or sell similar.
Apparently I am the only one with the issue.
And now at about 12:43 it is still broken. According to Ebay I should have plenty of listings for my $3 postcards.
Used/Left:2,979Promotional offers, 2979 used, 7021 left. / 7,021
I can never find that technical issue page and anyway we were told Ebay doesn't monitor posts there.

Clear your browser cache. What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser.
If no one else is experiencing the issue, then there's just something wrong on your end. It could be any number of issues. It would help if you disclosed some information about your computer's capabilities. OS type (Mac or Windows), browser type, last time you restarted, etc.

Here's a snippet of how to find the "Share eBay Technical Issues" board.
While eBay employees may or may not (no one ever knows) monitor that board, there are a number of tech-savvy folks who spend their Community time on that board and are fabulous at assisting other members with issues like yours.

What customer service? There is no customer service at Ebay! I don't do facebook or twitter. I pay a store fee to Ebay not facebook or twitter.

small miracles, Ebay actually completed a combined sale and I was able to send a shipping refund. The sale was last evening however so I'm not sure what is happening now and if I'm losing lots of sales.

I did bookmark it previously and then they moved it somewhere I couldn't find so I expect they will do it again.
Everything was fine when I stopped work last evening.

We have the same or almost same problem - and also had our post about it moved to never never land [tech board]
Have worked out some work around - might help

If that board gets moved again in the future, just start a thread asking where it is. I'm sure people would be glad to provide you with a new screenshot and/or link! 😊
