troubles on listing, can't revise listing nor create new listing

It has been 4 days can not revise listing nor create new listing, contacted ebay they said they noticed this and trying to fix it asap... however nothing fixed after more than 4 days...

Changed the browser, clean the cookies, both are not working.

It keeps redirecting to the error page. Anyone else has the same issue?

Several sellers above are unable to edit listings and cannot create new ones unless they use the sell similar option. Can you offer some help here? brittanie@ebay

@Anonymous - Thank you for tagging me. I'm investigating what's happening with the accounts and hope to have an update tomorrow. I just need more information on the cause right now to figure out next steps.

Day 8.

Same error everyday. Contacting ebay every day as well, no response, no solid reply, everything is just "we are working on it... " working for 8 days now.

Day 8 for me too. Called eBay again, they said it would be resolved in 24-48 hours. This has cost me a ton of money.

Hey everyone - Our tech team has opened a bug for this issue, as we are seeing several sellers are being impacted. I've added the accounts reported here to the ticket to help with priority. I don't have an ETA on the fix date, but we're working on it as quickly as possible,.

Thank you, but those things are exactly other ebay agents say in the past 8 days... I doubt if it's a copy and paste reply script for each agent to use on this issue.

@gorgeous4u I definitely understand. Most likely their reports on this issue are what allowed the tech team to get the ticket open. Once a ticket is open, the tech team will then investigate as they have a better idea of how many people are being affected and what the details are of the issue to be able to identify the cause and figure out a fix to get it rolled out.  

I know it's still a frustrating issue and I'm keeping an eye on this ticket to continue to push for this to be resolved as soon as is possible.

I listed some things last night.  Today I'm getting this same redirect.  7 days is completely unacceptable...I have 40 items I need to list like yesterday.

I was successful listing on another computer and it failed again on my main laptop.  Must be something on your local computer causing the problem.  eBay needs to fix this or provide a solution immediately.

I just started having problems this evening whilst listing - all of my IS's dropped out when I tried to list.  I refreshed the page and it corrected, but it also happens on revision and I have to keep refreshing (losing data).
