I could use a Traffic cop to direct some people in my direction. Since becoming a "Top Rated Seller Plus" in August my sales never been worse..what gives? Maybe after the election things may pick up for everyone.

You could try having a Markdown sale event, Sometimes that helps, But things have been pretty bad for many many sellers

Yes, here is a suggestion:  Use more than just one word to describe your issue/problem here.

Your account is young and you have 2 negatives.  I would first suggest you open up a new selling account and start over.  With so little feedback, the 2 negatives really stand out.  It would look quite differently on someone with a couple hundred or more feedback.  So That is where I'd start.

When you go to title your listings.  Bring the most important words to the front of the tile instead of at the end where you often put them.  For Example:

Sweet Vintage Small JAPANESE Porcelain KUTANI Geishaware Flower Butterfly TEAPOT

Change it to something like this:

JAPANESE Porcelain KUTANI Geishaware Flower Butterfly SMALL TEAPOT, Sweet Vintage

Here is another:

Rare Vintage Hand Painted Lefton Harvest Hen On A Nest Stamped 1020

Lefton Harvest Hen On A Nest, Stamped 1020, RARE Vintage Hand Painted

This next one is NOT a Picture.  It is a PRINT and you don't state the size in your title or your description.

Your title reads:  Norman Rockwell Rare Frame Picture

I'd suggest:

Norman Rockwell Rare Frame PRINT, __" by __"
