ebay doesnt allow international buyers to combine shipping or for sellers to be able to send a combined invoice….

i had a customer leave neutral feedback stripping away my ability to promote my listings. 

 ebays technical support said to the customer “ the seller can cancel the orders and make one big listing for you instead”

giving the customer an idea that I did not even accept nor have time to do. 

so now im punished because ebay created a barrier and then gave the customer a stupid idea…. rather then just telling the customer ebay f* and its our fault. 

then i had technical support refund a buyer who obviously compared the sticker to a card that doesnt even look the same lol. 

what the hell is technical support smoking and how can i buy that?

The ability to combine items was added to EIS shipments months ago.

I have no clue how it works but some of my customers were able to figure out how, so it cannot be that hard.

ebay should tell international buyers this lol. 

its not the sellers problem its ebays problem for not being clear. 

whats crazy is now i have listings that were promoted but have been stripped away from promotion so listings that normall went over 15$. will now sell for less. so im supposed to deal with the loss while ebay eats the profit of the sale. 

im soo tempted to just cancel all orders that end up under so ebay can eat that lost. 

my account means nothing to me. my products do.

Your account does not mean much to Ebay either.

If you cancel your orders, you will pay the price.

so ebay can break deals and force people to sell under?

but its not okay for buyers to say “no thanks. you broke the deal by taking a part away” . all my listings had the promotion setting on.

It's not clear how a neutral resulted in not being able to use promoted listings.  That don't take away that option based on feedback.  Are you cancelling orders in those situations as a buyer requested cancellation?

eBay does combine shipping on some EIS purchases. For example, if I put items in my cart from @tobaccocardyahoo there is a discount for shipping to Canada.   They don't appear to have combined shipping rules set up for domestic shipping but their listings still combine in the cart for EIS.  This is just a guess but your listings may not be combining because they aren't fixed price, they are auctions.  It's possible that if you set up combined shipping rules, both domestic and international buyers will see combined shipping discounts if they purchase more than one item and pay from the cart.   As I said, that is just a guess though and I have no way of testing it.

Much like EIS was rolled out over time, I'm thinking the ability (auto combined through Ebay cart) to combine shipping using EIS is not yet available to all sellers.

Apparently EIS doesn’t combine shipping for auctions so my suggestion that setting up combined shipping rules as a solution wouldn’t  help international buyers.

Combined shipping

If a buyer purchases multiple items from you, the order will automatically be combined if it's eligible for combined shipping. There are several reasons why shipping can't be combined when sending items through eBay International Shipping. For example, combined shipping won’t be applied if:

• The order costs more than $1000 USD
• The listing is in auction-style format
• The items exceed the program’s package limits

If the buyer is paying import charges at checkout for some items and paying import charges on delivery for other items in the same order, the shipping won’t be combined.
