Free listing run out before end of month really just 30 days

Since listings renew every 30 days you can be charge insertion fee for each listing that renews over 250 before the last day of the month. Is the correct?

As items come up for renewal, I will take them off the site. Recent changes and additional fees have significantly taken away from the selling process/enjoyment. Will have to look elsewhere. Good Luck.
