1099K forms are filed by payment processors, not by e-commerce venues.
PayPal and Managed Payments are separate payment processors.
PayPal will file a 1099K for your PayPal transactions if your PayPal transactions meet the threshold.
Managed Payments will file a 1099K for your Managed Payments transactions if your Managed Payments transactions meet the threshold.
