submitting a revised invoice after refunding mistake invoice paypal payment

I canceled 2 payments in paypal and not I cant issue new invoice from ebay. 

I refunded a payment in paypal so an invoice can be corrected. But there is not an option for me to end out a new invoice from ebay. ebay displays it was refunded (2 auctions to be exact) . ebay is not allowing a method to fix or generate a new invoice.

the person wants the items but i cant send new invoice.

Once an invoice has been paid it is no longer possible to resend. The easiest solution is cancel their order, then getting them to accept the cancellation and then relist with the updated shipping charges. Had the same situation and was advised this was the best way to proceed.
