You're selling items that aren't in high demand

Re: stuff not selling

You need to list more items. That should help.

Re: stuff not selling

A 99¢ item with $900 first class shipping???  You know, you still have to pay 10% on the entire total.  It is hard to take that seriously.  Especially with an upside down picture.

In fairness, that may have been a typo lol

Re: stuff not selling

Maybe it's your $900 shipping charge, which would be deemed excessive & ridiculous! Not to mention upside down photos. Many 99 cent auctions sell for just that, 99 cents. Many won't purchase from sellers with little feedback.

Re: stuff not selling

$900 shipping and "Work with choir" instead of Mark McGuire.

Hi, if you are serious about selling here, your listings need work. There is very little information available in them to help a prospective buyer make an informed purchase.

Titles and Item Specifics are critical for Search placement as well as informing the consumer. People looking for an item you have may not find it without some keywords in your titles and IS. I could not understand what you are even selling in the Work With Choir listing.

Doing your homework is important, you need to know what you are selling. A buyer is going to pass your listings by without informative details. Saying you don’t know what the item is or don’t know much about it will not build confidence in the shopper. Things like size, material, color, age, are important. Doing a minimum of research is necessary to complete the sale.

Regardless, i see you have made two sales so far. That’s great! So the possibility of more sales is there. It takes more than just slapping an item up on eBay to make it a truly successful venture. It’s not for everybody, it can be demanding work. But the rewards are there. Below are links to assist you in your journey if you choose to remain and give it a shot. Best of luck to you as you move forward.

I agree. I never list from my phone. It was my phone that got me with the McGwire thing. I think the best advice for the OP is to proofread/look at their listings. Double check spelling, prices/s&h, and pictures. This won't fix everything (if people aren't intersted, they aren't interested) but it should help a bit. Professionism can go a long way.

Re: stuff not selling

eBay has the least unique visitors/seller ratio of any online selling site. It has 6... the river has over 40... Etsy has 16
