strange Rollo printer issues only when printing labels from ebay's popup print screen

Just wondering if anyone with a rollo thermal printer is having any issues lately when printing eBay USPS labels from their popup print screen (PC). The border lines are printing very thin and faint, it makes a clicking sound and the feed will get stuck near the end of the print requiring me to press a button to push it through. The weird thing is this only happens if I print from the print screen that automatically pops up after purchasing a label through eBay. If I manually download the pdf and print the label from adobe reader it prints just fine. Labels from other re-selling platforms also printing just fine. Rollo sample label prints just fine. So the issue is specifically with ebay's auto print.

I've used this Rollo Wireless every day for months without any issues. The Rollo received an OTA update today, so I'm wondering if that's what's causing the issue with ebay's print popup or if eBay changed something with their print popup today that's causing new issues with the Rollo.

I use a Rollo thermal label printer and I print labels from ebay.  I have not been experiencing any problems.

Rollo Wireless? Are you printing from your phone or a windows PC? If the latter, are you printing from the popup print screen within the browser? I've since discovered it's not specifically an ebay problem... it's actually a print from browser problem. That's why it worked fine with adobe reader and printing other labels from apps and downloads. Likewise, if I go to rollo's site to print their sample label from the browser it gives me some of the same issues, but if I download the sample label as a pdf and print through adobe reader there's no problem. This happens on both chrome and firefox.

If you are printing from a browser, you need to make sure the browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

Where can I check this? I've never had a problem with how the browser handles PDFs. I haven't changed any settings, so it should still be printing fine. I've been chatting with Rollo support and they agree it sounds like it has something to do with the recent OTA update since it's only happening when printing from the browser and they said they will try to fix it in the next update possibly next week.

(Wired) Rollo with PC/Windows, Chrome. Print directly from pop-up window (no download). Printing both individual labels (per order) and bulk listing tool (multi label/order). 

As of 24hrs ago, no issues to report. Printed 1 return label this afternoon but nothing else since last night. So far so good.

@chlipp-78  This is your problem if it prints ok outside the browser with Adobe.

What browser are you using?

I have the same problem when printing ESE labels. The box around the perimeter seems to be the problem. I usually just grab the exit paper and keep a little pull pressure on it to get it started properly.

You're not the only one having this problem for about 2 weeks now my labels from ebay are cut off on one side I have to write in the first letters with a pen and my printer is a brother printer, none of my other stores have this problem, I even uninstalled my printer and reinstalled it and it still hasn't worked, another person was complaining about his labels being off as well.

This problem is almost always due to using the browser's built in reader, which sometimes gets reverted to during an update of the browser without you changing any settings.

Check and change your browser to open with Adobe, or open/update Adobe and set it as your default reader.

Note that the options should be set to actual size and auto orientation.  Also sometimes the option to “Choose paper source by PDF page size” needs to be on or off to properly fit the printing to the label.

I don't think that's the case here because it happens with Chrome, Firefox and Edge on two different computers. I've been printing ebay labels every day for months and the issues only started happening right after the rollo wireless updated.  Thankfully it still works normally with adobe reader, but I would prefer to print from the auto popup. You keep saying to change the browser to open with adobe, but I don't see where to do that in Chrome's settings. There is a section called PDF documents, but the options are for sites to download PDFs or open PDFs in Chrome, no option to open with adobe. And Adobe already is my default reader. If I have to take extra steps and just set it to download I will, but it would be nice to get back normal functionality.

@chlipp-78  If it prints properly from Adobe outside the browser, but not from the pop-up, that is a clear sign that the pop-up is not using Adobe to view the label preview or print the label.  Ebay labels, especially for label printers is very picky about using Adobe to print properly.

Chrome and Edge often revert to their internal reader, Firefox, can but usually does not.  For testing lets use Firefox.  In Firefox click on Settings under the Tools tab.  Scroll down to the Applications section.  Then scroll the applications down to the two "Portable Document Format", settings.  Check to see what these are set to and change to Open with Adobe if needed.

If still a problem, post a screenshot of the entire label preview page.

I use safari and found the only way to print is to go to the reprint label section and it works fine. 
I have the usb rollo. Hope this helps.
