Maybe, someone out there can give me advice with my shipping time frame.
I just sold the china set and my shipping time frame is August 15 , but buyer texted me saying , they will be out of town and asked me to ship out after September 1st .
I'm wondering, if I shipped buyer requested day , am I going to get charge for late shipment on my sellers account or ?

Let your buyer know, politely and professionally NO. Do not do that. It damages your selling stats on Ebay which can harm the health of your selling account. You always need to ship within your stated handling time.
Ask your buyer if they have a neighbor that can pick up their mail or have their mail held at their local PO. The PO will allow people to have their mail held at the PO for up to 30 days and the way to ask is so darn easy.
You can even give them this link.

If they don't want to do that, then let them know you will need to Cancel the transaction and fully refund them as you can't delay the shipment because it harms your stats as a seller with Ebay and it can be harmful to the health of your selling account.
Be very careful on the reason you select for the cancellation. If the buyer writes you back and tells you to go ahead and cancel the transaction, then you can cancel it using the reason the buyer requested it. If they don't, you then need to cancel with a problem with the ship to address. Anything else will get you a defect.

Just keep it simple for the customer and let them know you could cancel (at buyers request) and relist for purchase while adding a longer handling time to your listing. (up to 30 days). Many customers do not understand why you may be given them homework regardless of your intentions. Don't give them options to keep the sale in limbo. Keep it simple and make sure you protect your account from defects.
Below is a link describing handling times on Ebay.

I don't know what is meant by "get charge for late shipment on my sellers account or ? "
If you ship late you will lose your seller protection.
I would inform the buyer that if he does not want you to ship within your time frame, you will cancel the sale and he can re-purchase it at a later date.

how was the buyer able to text you?
is this the $210 set you sold? If so, you better pack this like crazy and ship priority with signature. Maybe take photos of the packing process and the final package. My guess you will lose some money on the shipping. Better mark the box fragile, glass, handle with care and ship with USPS. UPS & FedEx don't understand what fragile, and glass mean.
I just have a bad feeling about this. Expensive fragile item with expensive shipping cost. Have you checked your buyer profile out? They want you ship late to possibly file a not receive claim. They should have their mail put on hold, so if you ship now, it will be held with their mail until they return.
Overall. This sale would have been better as pick-up only / pay then or sell in pieces.
Best wishes on this. Let us know how this works out in the end.

That is a good option, I hadn't thought of that. But keep in mind if the seller asks the buyer if they can cancel the transaction, it is not seen the same to Ebay as the buyer requested the cancellation even if the buyer says yes.

I had this happen to me once. A buyer was out of town and didn't want the package delivered until after he got back home. It made sense, and I went ahead and held the package. I did get a ding, but I contacted ebay customer service and explained the circumstances and provided screenshots of my communications with the buyer. In my case, it worked out fine, they removed the late shipping ding on my account. But...I think I was lucky. Use caution! If it happens to me again, I'll probably suggest to the buyer that I cancel the order, and then wait until they return to relist it so they can purchase it again when they are ready to accept the shipment.

Boy I'm glad I don't have to pack those dishes, hope it goes well.
