I wouldn't think so. But here is the policy, look through it closely.

I sincerely hope not.

The answer, NO. It breaks the violence policy of eBay. You can't sell any pictures depicting dead people. There are other sites that will allow it though.

Absolutely not. If you see it, report it.

Why would you want to?

No. No. No. If I somehow ended up with something like that, I would destroy it. I doubt any respectable site would allow you to sell it.

Not here but there are other sites that deal in vintage law enforcement where is would sell.
History is what it is. Pretending it never happened does not help anyone.

Why would anyone want to buy something like that even it could be listing? Something like that belongs in the circular file.

We don't know what kind of hanging it was. It could have been a mob lynching. Even worse it could involve a minority. I would not call a hanging "vintage law enforcement". Even law enforcement would take exception to that.

It is a famous significant historical fact that I have seen sell at auction. It is not a photograph, It is a stereoview that was commercially sold in the day. I understand why a person may object to viewing such things. It's hard to ignore history, but it happened. Thank you you for pointing out the policy, I see items on the site every day that are allowed to get through, not sure where the historical line is drawn. Thank you again

Not everything that happened historically can be sold on this site. That isn't the test to see if it can be sold here. We all have to follow the rules of Ebay. Ebay has the right to prohibit anything they want from being sold on the site with or without explanation.
Stereoview is just a type of picture which is similar but viewed differently from a regular photograph.

IMO if any Ebay member chooses to be offended and report it, it will be taken down and your listings will have greater scrutiny for future policy violations.
I have had items which are of historical significance which were published in Pulitzer's New York World which were taken down. The highest honor in journalism is the Pulitzer Prize but his publishing decisions are considered offensive and out of date.
I do not like being censored, but not enough to give up selling on Ebay.
