starting selling on ebay

By reading everything available in the Help menu - selling, fees, returns, shipping and even buying so you have a lot of research to do, sadly this can not be done for you.

edited:  And until your country changes the laws you can not accept paypal as a payment method - so that is your first big problem, sorry, you can't sell without it

Is there some Sri Lankan "How do I sell on eBay?" guide whose only advice is to post on this board asking "How do I sell on eBay?"

Because you are about the 500th new seller from Sri Lanka to do this in recent months.

Your inability to search for this information on your own probably means that you will fail as a seller. Laziness is not a trait that you want as a seller. Watching Get Rich Quick by Selling on ebay YouTube videos or by drop shipping junk from China doesn't work for 99% of the sellers.

Since you can't accept PayPal for payment I guess you will have to wait until eBay starts onboarding sellers from your country into Managed Payments (if that even ever happens since I don't see Sri Lanka on the country list of Adyen).

Thank you reply for me. dear i am new for this platform there for i asked, i have 2 local stores hear, i am not poor. i want to expand my business that is my main target. there is no problems with money to me. i am also researching about ebay these days. and reading ebay policies.

Were you to search Google for "Selling on ebay", you would find over 160 million results. Once you have spent a good deal of time reading and researching, you might come back if you need something clarified.
