From what I understand if the OP is from Sri Lanka they are eligible for Payoneer now..
So @fun.house361 You need to look into Payoneer and then MP.

You have to be able to accept payments legally. Until that time, you can't sell.

The first requirement is to have a legal way you can be paid.

Best thing to do is to don´t bother at all. Selling on Ebay is not what it used to be like.
Sell on another platform instead.
