If you are using a Variation Listing, each item you sell is zeroed out on the listing.
Depending on how the listing is relisted auto or you cancel then relist, the sold items may be repopulated and are for sale again.
I discovered this a long time ago and notified eBay.
It is a known issue and apparently it will not be fixed because this Tip was added to the Variation section.
