Hover over My Ebay.

From the drop down menu select SELLING.

Or Upper right side of the screen, click on Sell.

Here's the ONLY way I've found to get there

At the very bottom of the page there is a link --- Seller Center ---
Click --- scroll down to Manage Listings ---- click on Seller Hub --- scroll down --
Click on Seller Hub ---- there is a blue button / Start Using Seller Hub --- click
There you go.
I have that page saved in my favorites so I can just click Favorites.

If your issue is lack of views (and thus lack of sales and thus stress on storage issues) how would ANY language INSIDE the listing help, even if it were compelling?  The language within the listing itself can only influence someone who is reading it... that is someone who both clicked and read already.  I agree with the earlier comment that the language may only serve to bring out extreme low ball offers from the small set of browsers already looking at your items and not buying them at full price.

It is merely a different TAB on the Seller Hub. 

Just click on whatever tab you want once you are in the SH.  The Overview tab will take you to the main page of the SH.

It isn't complicated to get to the SH, but knowing the layout is important.  And knowing you can customize it for yourself too is good to know.  My SH boxes of info may not be in the same order as someone else's because I can decide what order I want them in.  But the tabs across the top of the SH remain the same for all of us.

Keep in mind that the other poster is going about getting to the SH in a way that is harder than it needs to be.  Please see my previous posts.

It's impossible to see what you're selling and how you're doing your titles due to the posting ID, but title conventions have really changed in the last few years, and an optimized title helps being seen, particularly if you have a smaller number of items, long tail items, etc.
