Perhaps has something to do with not uploading tracking number on time. The OP has previously stated he does NOT track his items.
All that does is prevent someone from being a TRS. It won't make you fall Below Standard-- there have to be other issues at play there. There are many sellers who have "plain white envelope" accounts specifically for selling things like stamps and stickers and postcards that can be shipped in an envelope with a stamp and no tracking.

Kinda was making a point. And yes, I understand feedback is irrelevant due to some being a "Top Rated Seller" and having tons of negative feedback.
Its kinda how much money can "e" make off of someone with so many factors relevant or irrelevant.

No, it's because feedback is a matter of opinion. A buyer could leave a negative feedback because a seller used a color of packing peanuts that they didn't like. But if the item itself was as described, was shipped on time and was packed safely so that it arrived undamaged, the seller has upheld their part of the transaction and done everything they're supposed to do.

Hey @sakic92710 . As Jack mentioned, the fee change doesn't go into effect until the first of the next month.
When your account rating was lowered from Above Standard to Below Standard, your seller level changed immediately on the 20th of that month, but the extra 6% fee didn't apply until the 1st of the next month.
Now that your account has climbed from Below Standard to Above Standard, your seller level changed immediately on the 20th of December, but the extra 6% fee won't cease until January 1st.
