I sent a product to the customer several days ago, but it isnt showing as shipped in the system. Also, a different product was mailed out the same day as a seperate order, and the one order shows an update in shipping and not the other

In the future, don't do that. The outside mailboxes are very vulnerable at the PO. Always go inside and drop them off.
I live in a small town and our mailboxes outside the PO have been broken into and/or completely destroyed at least once a year.

Unfortunately I cant really walk much at all anymore these days or I would. Lol. Just busting your balls. But really tho. I have to deal with navigating the logistics behind my ability to access the Post Office at all, let alone having to go in and do everything manually.

If you are impying that it's my fault for not uusing a more reliable method of tracking, the customer has the ability to choose and then pay for an alternate shipping method. I just offer them the echeapest option. No one is forcing their hand

Well the non ESE label was purchased through Ebay through the usual Sellers Hub process, I just meant it was a USPS service and not the ESE label. Sry if i didnt clarify
