on the seller's hub, it says I have 10 items eligible for offers but when I click on that tab. Nothing comes up. Where do I go from here?

They should show up right on the page.  Try the direct link, see if that works:  https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active?pill_status=sioEligible&action=search
