send an offer feature not working?

Good morning, yes, have been trying to send some offers for a couple hours and that feature is not working - you can click the send offer button, but then nothing will come up -

Time for the tech staff to get up and drink enough coffee to fix it.  I don't have a lot yet but using the feature gets me a lot of sales.

Started last night for me.  I am on a windows laptop.  Sure they are updating the system and yet another feature that we need daily isn't working.  devon@ebay is the one who needs to give us an update

I need this to be working in order to have sales.  It started at 9 p.m. central time on January 21.  I have around 30 items I can't send offers on

Same issue here - started early this morning. I can send offers via the app - but not desktop.  I noticed right before this issue that when I was processing returns, they would not automatically relist - I kept running into an error. Then the offer issue started.

It's ineffective, even when it is working. My success rate is maybe 5 to 10 percent, no matter how generous the offer.

It hasn't been working on any of our accounts since last night. I called and notified eBay, guess they have a running list on this issue. I would have hoped it was fixed by now. I noticed yesterday afternoon the eBay app got updated again. eBay devs and product teams have some of the best jobs in the world, they can break the site to no end and still have a job.

Same with me. I reported it to eBay last night over the phone. I don't know how much good that does. I did post the issue in another thread somewhere below which I haven't checked this morning. I'm just glad that so many are reporting this problem. I hope it gets attention where it can do some good. Thank you to you all.

We are losing sales without this feature. Whatever they have done has added to the problem of sales too as we are going 12 hours now without a single sale. I am so sick of the tinkering that they keep doing and wish they would just leave things alone for 6 months.

The app is working on an iPhone.  So yet another glitch in the operating system in which they favor smart phones over computers.  I do my work on eBay 99% of the time on my laptop. 

Sending offers makes up at least 50% of my sales, so please eBay get this fixed!

Are you getting offers FROM customers since this started happening? I'm not sure when my last offers came in, offhand.
