First, since you are in Sri Lanka 

does your government allow getting paid by payoneer yet?

Given your location, you really need to make sure you have a way to be paid by your buyers that is approved for use in your country.

You must have substantial amount of money (Thousands of US$) to buy goods that you wish to sell.

To become a rich man selling on eBay your investment may run into hundred's of thousands of US$.

Any one who tells you that selling on eBay is a guaranteed quick way to get rich is lying.

Sorry to be blunt, but if you are not willing to put any effort into searching eBay’s many help pages on this site about selling, listing, researching other’s items for sales potential and doing your own due diligence then in my opinion you most likely do not have what it takes to be a successful seller here.
