Help with a listing

I listed Eargo Hearing Aids and have apparently done something incorrect as I have received bids however they have been auto cancelled. I have an open bid but I am unable to repsond to it.

I'm not new to selling on eBay, however it has been a while and I obviously did something wrong.

My knowledge of hearing aids is minimal, but I thought they had to be fitted by an audiologist and customized to the individual user to help with his particular hearing deficit.

I don't see any cancelled bids on your listing. However, it's possible that eBay has stopped displaying that info on the bid history page.

What would be your purpose in responding to a bid?

Or did you mean responding to an offer?

I have a bid however I am unable to respond to the bid. Do you have any ideas how that can be fixed?

OK, so you had an offer? In that case, eBay automatically voided the offer when someone placed a bid.
