hi, I'm new to eBay selling can some one tell me, as a new seller for my first listing what are the items that I can list with out suspend my eBay account,

Before I can give advice I need to know how buyers can pay you.

Being from Sri Lanka, you can't sell here, because you can't legally accept Pay Pal payments.

It doesn't matter what you list, your account will be suspended for trying to sell.

I have seen a few sellers from Sri Lanka selling here on our site.  Are they using someone else's PP address from another country?  A friend from a country that can accept PP?

I have PayPal account in Malaysia, coz i studied there i crate my PayPal in Malaysia, can I use it?

They buy Pay Pal accounts, rent addresses from other countries and anything else they can do to get around the Pay Pal restrictions.

Not if you live in Sri Lanka.

You can't use Pay Pal to accept payments in your country.
