I have a  local store in Sri Lanka and I want to extend my business to a worldwide market .so can you help me how I start this?

but my brother is in china .he has a store and paypal .so we are one company .so we don't have paypal problem .i want to know about how to i start this only

There are pages and pages and pages on the ebay.com website explaining who is permitted to sell here, and how to start doing it.

Number 3 is the problem. Sellers in Sri Lanka can't get paid unless they cheat the system. Something about the banking laws in Sri Lanka and PayPal.
