Do you mean how do you contact a previous buyer that you have other listings? You don't.

If he wants to buy from you again, he can see your listings.

Mary is right; Ebay has rules on spamming, and unless the buyer has requested that you send them a message on other listings, you will get a violation.

Sorry but this is not allowed by Ebay.
