I have had it actually work both ways with ebay giving me an increase and then my asking for an increase.

You have no selling experience only buying and your based in SriLanka. You cannot legally use the payment method of PayPal to obtain funds from sales, sorry.

Since you can't legally accept Pay Pal payments, you can't sell here.
Your account will probably be suspended before you sell enough to get an increase.
