Why isn't my power seller/top rated insignia displayed on my items that are for sale?

PowerSeller and Top Rated Seller are no longer displayed on listings.

Only the TRS+ badge is displayed, for listings that qualify for it. I checked some of your listings, and they are showing TRS+ in the top right corner.

You do not offer free returns on the listings that I looked at.

TRS+ Listings require a 30 Day or More  FREE Returns policy.

TRS is a seller classification.

TRS+ is a listing classification. The "Top Rated Plus" Badge will only show on listings that qualify for TRS+

You can be TRS without having TRS+ listings.

I see ebay has rolled out a new underwhelming TRS+ symbol for sellers.  It took me a minute to see it.

Instead of that blah blue color, they should use the colorful badge.

What a neat item in that example you gave.  I live in Parkersburg and I love those older mantels in that catelog.  One actually looks just like the one in my brother's house. I had never heard of that business around here.

Ebay unilaterly reduced the discount from 20% to 10%. it subsequently demanded/recquired additional costly to sellers hoops like free returns. I had a lot of small items that are not worth the effort to convert nor offer free returns. Large costly to ship items eg. shipping $40 for $150 item with a $50 profit margin is in negative teritory with one arbitrary return. I meet most of the standards because it is good customer service. I provide return shipping in most of the few cases that I have had returns Small businesses cannot compete with the Amazons of the world and offer free retorns that they can compensate with volume.

I have a Global TRS (which does not require the use of tracking) and the badge still shows on eBayCanada.

It doesn't on eBaydotCOM, but the Global TRS never did, as I recall.

I am TRS already a month but I cant get TRS+ Seal even fufilling the conditons they asked. I turned back my listings on 3 days and Buyer pays return but here is one listing that is still under condition - 1 day handling time and Seller pay return (https://www.ebay.com/itm/302872059263) - and there is no badge!

Anything else I need to do to have it and enable it or?

Small businesses cannot compete with the Amazons of the world and offer free retorns that they can compensate with volume. 

From the items I looked at, you're not competing with Amazon in any way to begin with.  I don't know why eBay feels like they have to force terms on sellers that are totally unnecessary and unprofitable for the niche they sell in. 

Anyhow, they're only showing the logo (and only giving you the 10% discount) on the listings when you offer 30 Day Free Returns.

I see it.  It's the little blue banner thing with the star on it.  They stopped using the yellow badge on the listing page.  There was too much consistency and familiarity on how to identify a Top Rated Seller, it needed to be fixed.

You're in Serbia, I'm not sure if eBay shows you the same page design and logos I see in the U.S.  But I do see the Top Rated + page element on your listing.
