Why isn't my power seller/top rated insignia displayed on my items that are for sale?

I am going on that listing through other browser and in private mode where I am signed out and again nothing - no banner and no star...

Last night, I saw it.

Today, I see what you see... it only has the MBG stuff, no Top Rated Plus and the listing is indeed "No Returns".

You're not crazy -- the seller revised it and changed the Return Policy on Sep-20-18 03:18:32 PDT, which would have made the listing ineligible for TRS+ on eBay USA:

      Item Specifics: - Return Policy
      Changed Return shipping will be paid by from Seller to Buyer

They revised it a few times more after that, and must have removed the Return Policy entirely, because now it says No Returns.

You're in Serbia, I'm not sure if eBay shows you the same page design and logos I see in the U.S.  But I do see the Top Rated + page element on your listing.

There are different TRS programs on the different eBay websites, and the Global TRS program is separate again. So the listing was eligible for TRS+ on eBay USA, and showed the badge, but it probably wasn't eligible for the Global TRS+ or OP may not have been a Global Top Rated Seller. So when OP viewed the listing from outside the USA, there would not have been a TRS+ badge visible for him.

 It doesn't work like that.  As long as they are on the .com site the op would see the trsplus badge regardless of where they are located.

All of the responders who have posted, who are located in the US, could see the TRS+ badge until the OP changed the return policy and made the item ineligible. Only the OP, who is not in the US, couldn't see it when they were not logged in to their selling account.

Definitely yes. 

As a non US seller I see the US trs plus badge on all eligible listings.  International buyers see the same thing that you do except for the shipping info and promotions that apply only to domestic sellers.  Also, the global trs badge can not ever be seen on .com, it is only shown on sites that are part of the global trs system.  

The other responders who saw the badge were looking at the op's listings and the op is in the US. As far as I can tell, Ted is the only one who saw the trsplus badge of the Serbian seller so I'm not sure who else you are referring to.

Hello there,

Yes, I revised it at the end because I couldn't see the badge from any computer and friend also from my country didn't see it.

But, there is return all the time - Its seller paying not the buyer paying - but again why is showing that there is no return? I saw this also from my mobile phone (not the app but browser)

And one thing also... I see that, lets say competitor, from Germany has all the time TRS+ badge and has 30 days return that BUYER pays.

I thinks those things are just not fair because we work with same company and have different conditions.
