Has anyone had difficulty having seller performance percentages updated to reflect current defect levels? Ebay incorrectly placed 2 defects on my account for late shipment but later removed them after I provided proof of ontime shipping. It was their mistake. They always assure me that they will update my account and indeed they have removed the defects in one location but if I check the seller dashboard, it shows a warning indicating that I am close to losing my top seller status. The defects they list are precisely the ones that have been appealed and removed. I have contacted them several times to no avail. They agree on the phone or in chat but yet nothing ever changes on the seller dashboard. Also, I have found the dashboard in the help section but is there a direct link from the phone app. ? thanks for any help.

Can't help with the phone app - total phone dummy here, but try reaching out to eBay on social media rather than CS, they seem to be able to do more than the CS reps.

I am experiencing the same situation, they have me on probation due to defects that I have proven to be incorrect. I suspect that they have an issue with their system that prevent them from overriding the system.
The way I see it if these defects are carried-over then, our seller's rating will go down to the point when we are going to pay dearly for their mistakes ( restrictions on our account.) Something has to be done.

My evaluation will update on June 20th.

If eBay removes defects, they won't be reflected until your next evaluation date. So probably will show the updated percentages the day or day after the official evaluation date.
