Hi,
The past few months when I'm doing my books I notice that I have a ton of insertion fees listed in seller hub. I chatted with ebay who said that it's not something I'm being charged for, but I can't tell what is going on with it. When I have items listed and I have a store that these should go to free listings, does it still look as though you are getting charged for them? Confused.

You are given XX free listings in certain categories.
If you go over that number, they charge insertion fees. If you list in other categories where you don't get free listings, they charge insertion fees.
You will see these fees right before you list.
Also, if you go to the seller hub, click on Overview, the first choice, one of those boxes will tell you how many free listings you have and how many have been used.
eBay used to give away free listings like candy. That's something they need to start doing again.
Great Moms turn them off first.

There are many restrictions on free insertions, and not everything qualifies.
There are also a number of listing upgrades that have fees in addition to the free insertion. (Are you by any chance listing an item in multiple categories?)
Unless you care to give us specific examples of some of these charges and what listing they relate to, we really can't help.
