It might be that you have a couple images of what look like the user instructions. It might be that all that visible text triggered alarm bells.

The bots that look for violations (such as contact info that might lead to an off-eBay transaction to avoid fees) are very thorough, but not very smart.  They will alert for anything with an @ sign, or strings of numbers that MIGHT be phone numbers. Look closely at your listing title and desccription to check for potential misunderstandings.

You might want to remove that picture, email info at the bottom that should be private.
