Is there a way to revert to the old message system??

I am not a fan of the new system at all. The main reason is I like to send buyers a message and then go back to the order (which had an option in the old system) now I have to do about 5 steps to get back to the order. Any help would be awesome

I finally got my retail sales license and Missouri Tax ID and need to upload to ebay so I can stop paying taxes on the lots I buy to resale. Am I supposed to fill out the "Seller" part of the form before uploading it to ebay or do they do that?
