Just started, I cannot sell similar, keep getting message "It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

• Sorry, something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again."

I don't know if this is your issue but a lot of sellers have been experiencing this glitch today.

That said; have you registered for managed payments & provided all your info?

That can also cause the inability to list.

Another thing that annoys me is how quick ebay is to delete old listings.. at least make them viewable for the sellers that sold the item initially. I know how eager they are to sell that information to worthpoint and similar companies and thus removing the listings to make that information more valuable, but making me create a whole new listing for something i sell regularly and maybe haven't had in stock for a while is just idiotic and sure to cost ebay money as well.

"we have looked everywhere" the piece de resistance would be if they asked me to subscribe to their partner worthpoint.

yes it is happening to me for over a day now i called ebay they told me they are looking into it or are they just trying to get rid of small sellers ...who knows anymore in this day and age ..

I just talked to a person at ebay, he said it is a technical glitch that they're aware of and working on.  He said to try later.

The only things I can suggest are:

Try signing out, restarting your device & sign back in.

Use a different browser

Try a different device

eBay is aware of this issue so hopefully they will have it fixed SOON.

Judging by the number of complaints about the issues encountered in typically mundane scenarios, eBay has done its usual - tried to update some functionality and messed everything up.  This is a typical outcome of employing software engineers who work for a bowl of rice a day.

We had this issue this morning - I tried to do several that way and could not, even with a template.

Had to travel for work and 6 hours later, it still will not let me do a sell similar either.  What a weird glitch!

What category are you listing in?

I understand that some categories such as trading cards and comic books no longer support a "--" as an option for Condition item-specific; if you are using that, try changing to "new" or "used" depending on what options are available in that category. And make sure any other required item-specifics are valid.
