I am very confused first of all I had topseller rating until a couple months ago what doesn’t make sense because I had one negative feedback in a year and it was bogus anyways the package came back from the buyers address because they refused delivery because the address was incorrect which is their fault. Other than that I’ve always done well my rating is like 99.4%. When I go to search just generally for an item I might’ve just listed I’m not even coming up in the top 10 or 15 anymore. Does anyone know what’s going on? Not to mention our views have gone down significantly

Feedback is not part of the numbers that Ebay uses to evaluate seller on anymore.  They stopped doing that a few years back, so your negative FB has nothing to do with you losing your TRS status.

Go look at your Seller Dashboard, that is what will tell you why you lost your status.  This is something you should review at the very least once a week.  Ebay evaluates sellers on the 20th of each month to be effective the 1st of the following month.
