What I've found is Ebay likes things that sell, and Ebay loves things that sell quickly.  Ebay really loves sellers who have things that sell and REALLY REALLY loves sellers that have things that sell quickly.

Here's what I've been doing that's working.

1.  List new items every day consistently

2.  Send offers, have sales, offer volume discounts.

3.  Get rid of old stock.  Have a BIG sale, like 80% off.  Even if you don't make much or even lose a little, making a sale is better than just taking it down.

Forget sell similar, etc.  Those things are a waste of time.

     You have 171 sales in the last 90 days and currently only have 64 items listed most sellers would be happy with those numbers.

List more items.   You need to better handle those issues that have resulted in all the neg. feedback.
