My sales have dropped to almost nothing? I don't really think it is the economy but I don't know. Any comment?

And 27 sales in the last 10 days.

I see 43 sales so far this month. Given what you sell, that seems pretty good. In the current economy, disposable incomes are shrinking and many people are struggling to pay for the basics -- shelter, food, fuel, medical insurance and care.

My sales have been dismal for the past 4 months. Not getting more than 3 a week. All the way up to 2 this week! I had a sale today - first or 2nd time on a Saturday, I believe, since March? For those who keep on & on about the economy - that is not true! The people who only had an extra few dollars to spend a week were NOT buyers on eBay. Not to the % comparable to the drop in sales. They are a small piece of the pie.

Why is it every person that starts one of these threads are so wrong?
243 Sales past 90 days; 43 sales since June 1 (so 17 days)
243/90 is 2.74 per day
43/17 is 2.52 per day.
A SUPER slight reduction but NOT worth even talking about much less posting about.
That TINY of a reduction is typical of
Summer
Not to mention the economy etc.

Well, a cynical person might wonder if it's a ploy to attract potential buyers. Not that I am a cynical person, mind you, heaven forfend.

That was exactly my thought after looking at the stats. I just tried to phrase it more delicately.

That's NOT all that Ebay did, they changed the item specifics on many categories. I have had to END & Relist over 100 listing that had been changed by the system screw-up.
I sell Fenton Art Glass, and when the item is listed as a vase, and Ebay changes it to a figurine that causes many problems for a seller.

So, you're saying the economy is pretty healthy? What country are you referring to? The economy, world wars, eBay tinkering with category changes, item specifics and views, all at the same time, has created a "perfect storm".

"...Possibly because the eBay ap no longer works on iPhones. A lot of people can no longer use eBay like me because it doesn’t work anymore. .."
is this true?

Yes actually it is. I never use the app but just tried it and sure enough it does not work at all (so I just deleted it). I occasionally use Ebay on my iPhone but I just go directly to it and never bothered with the app.

It's the economy, inflation, people are on vacation, people are spending time with family for Father's Day or graduation. Regardless, it's definitely slow everywhere....both online & in the brick/mortar stores. You just need to adapt to the current conditions. There are still plenty of peeps shopping & if you're offering things that they want, then bingo!
Hang in there!!!

There is another site that would better fit selling hankies. I wouldn't expect those being fast selling items on Ebay.

strange....I am able to do all the normal things I can with the app on my iphone....
but I did not try to buy (pay)....I can add to and view cart, search, access myebay, view my purchases.....

We normally sell 6-10 items daily on our stores but over the last 2 weeks we have had 2 sales ... We feel your pain..
We continue to list daily, while showing activity in our stores but nothing seems to help.

Ebay app is working fine on my iphone. I use it constantly. Saw a whole bunch of people at the Goodwill outlet yesterday using it as well.
