sale items in my store always take 30% off how do I change that

 I just opened a store   but when I go to put in a discount it takes 30% off, how can I change that to maybe 20% or 10% , I don't want to have every item to be always 30% off, I tried to change it but to no avail.

Go to Seller Hub

Box labeled "Selling Tools"- click 'Promotions Manager'

Right side, blue box- click "Create Discount" (at arrow)

Choose 'Sale Event'

Choose 'what' percent or $ amount (it scrolls, you can change it to 10% or ??)

Follow prompts.

thanks, I finally went on YouTube and watched someone lead me through it so I was able to mark down one item 8% just to get people moving on purchasing , right now this particular item has 6 watchers !
