A buyer told me that the shipment did not arrive, which is why I sent him another shipment
Unfortunately, the buyer told me that the second shipment did not arrive
That is why I decided to return the money to the buyer
But the buyer's order because it is old does not appear in my sales list
What is the proper way to return the money to the buyer?

HI! I do not think it is good to do that without a case being opened 1st. They might be lying to you.

This does not make sense buyer records are held in the ebay system for 90 days but it sounds like they are claiming a recent order was not received? How did you send a second shipment if the buyers records are not in ebay? This sounds like a scam. All payments are done in managed payments. If they hadn't received the item in 80 days they still could have opened an INR case on ebay. This makes no sence at all. You have metrics if for any reason if buyer not received they open a dispute on ebay and you refund then through ebay. If no dispute opened you do not refund them. You certainly should not have send a second item out to the same address if the first one was never received, what does tracking say? Hopefull you got the original buyer payment through ebay managed payments if not your being scammed.

Do you not have tracking on the items you ship?

the best way to do thigs on ebay is by the book
as other have mentioned "whats up with the tracking"
refunds are simple to do and when an item does not arrive its usually best if the buyer opens up a claim
some buyers do not want to make a claim. some sellers are afraid of a claim
if you are not sure what to do then let tracking and the MBG be your guide

Same buyer is saying 2 different shipments never arrived?
