Why is it in the NEW AND IMPROVED Listing Tool / Page, when I switch an item to a new CATEGORY and enter in NEW ITEM SPECIFICS, the SUBMIT BUTTON IS ALWAYS grayed out? I spend all this time filling stuff in and then I can't submit the new information...
