error when trying to send an offer in response to a question about an item.

"NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource." I get this message when I click on the Send Offer button when a potential buyer sends a question about an item.

    I suppose there is a way I could just ask an ebay staff member about this but it never seems very easy.

Some sellers have been reporting this glitch for a couple of days. It appears to be hit-or-miss among sellers, though.

Hopefully one who has worked through this will reply. Hang in there.

I just had the same experience. Tried to send an offer several times, but kept receiving an error page.

I discovered that even though eBay says the offer price can be higher or lower than the listing price I had to set the offer price 5% (or more) below the listing price before the offer was sent successfully when replying to the message.
