restricted account

I am looking for guidance  with a restriction matter   this product was restricted feb 1 for exp date the date of exp was 5/25  then informed all over counter items we now have to photograph exp dates in the listing  (this is not a posted policy)  just a heads up for all of you PS  the product  are condoms  not a drug!!

then the item restricted again this week  it is not a drug not exp and now restricted for 10 days 

called 3 separate times  waiting for call back from supervisor  now going on 20 hours  still no call

my question is there anywhere I can go for help 

my business closed 17 out of 28 days of feb can not make $$  or pay my bills  

I have been a loyal ebayer  for 22 years  really frustrated  any help out there???????

ebay discontinued adult listings recently - perhaps that is your issue? Are you listing them in the right category and are there any comps for your item that are still up for sale?

You are best to reach out to CS on social media.  The CS ebay provides not worth your time.  You need to get your account back on track:

These are US CS reps who work for ebay and can help you with your issue at hand.  Many positive posts and outcomes have been posted concerning this feature.  Let them know what you have posted here and hopefully they will be able to provide you with some relief.
