Anyone else have a problem with the new listing tool recently not allowing you to Insert or Manage?

Of course, when I hover over one of the templates and try to click on the Insert or Manage option it loses focus and the options disappear making it impossible to choose a template. Very frustrating since I love to use the new listing tool.
