responding to negitive feedback

I would first give a call to customer service....about the usage of words and wordage. To see if you can get it taken off.

I would then if that doesn't work....talk to the buyer to see what they might want...Buyer has 30 days to change the feedback.

I would be careful with responding to the negative feedback as a seller....the wrong words or wordage....eBay or the seller can have it taken off.

You can reply to any feedback directly from your own feedback page. However, it is not recommended that you do so. That buyer has moved on, most likely they will never see your reply and not care what you have to say. The people who will see your response are potential customers, and that is where you may regret what you write in a reply. If you come across as defensive or denigrating your previous buyer, you will alienate potential buyers.

People simply don't read feedback comments anymore. That negative will move to your second page where it will be buried. Concentrate on selling and you'll forget about this one blush, it only stings for a bit. Best of luck to you....

The buyer thought it was JUNK.  Freedom of speech.  He has a right to his opinion.  Really not a whole lot you can do about it.   You can respond to his feedback that will show up under the neg that he left you.  So do it and set the record straight.

The response is his opinion of the item. A bit angry but I doubt you can get it removed. You should write a calm response making it clear that the item worked fine and was not junk. Do not insult the buyer as some sellers do.

Evidently, your buyer believed your "NO return on this radio" comment in the description and your overall "Seller does not accept returns" policy.  In fact, eBay's MBG trumps all that and the buyer will be refunded if he opens an INAD case -- and will likely allowed to keep the radio if you fight the return.

The best response to nearly any neg is: "I am sorry you are unhappy.  Please return the item for a full refund."  That lets future buyers know that you are professional, calm, courteous, aware of eBay MBG policy, and will be easy to deal with should a problem arise.

The negative feedback you received is your buyers option of the transaction. It also doesn’t qualify for removal as it doesn’t violate feedback policy.
You may believe it is untrue, but your buyer feels otherwise.
You could post a reply to the feedback, but it would only call more attention to it that your prospective buyers may read. So it’s best to leave it alone. IMO.
