If it's permanent, there's nothing you can do but join the others from Sri Lanka that have been suspended.

This seems to be epidemic with sellers from Sri Lanka because they don't take the time to learn rules and policies and the result is a permanent suspension.
Can you tell us what the message said? Were you selling something restricted or prohibited? Did you register your account with ebay as a business in Sri Lanka. If you could let us know, people here may be able to help.

Were you drop shipping items from China? From your store advertisement, it looks to be the problem.

You have no feedback for selling.
Questions
1)Did you list items before you got a Sri Lanka business license and created a Payoneer account you linked to PayPal?
2)Did you give eBay a debit card or credit card for seller charges not coming out of the buyer's payment?
3)Did you wait for the email from eBay saying your selling account is activated and you're all set before listing items for sale?
4)Did your listings say something against policy like you accept PayPal, to please pay with PayPal?
5)Did your listings have links to off-eBay sites they could purchase from?
6)Did you sell anything that was out of stock?
7)Did you ship without tracking that proves delivery?
8)Did you sell your own stock or did you use a dropshipper to source your products upended?
Suspended permanently means you flubbed up somewhere.

No to 3? There ya go.
If you started listing before you got an email 2-4weeks after linking Payoneer saying you're all set and selling account is activated then that could be the reason you were suspended.
I'm not positive but I believe you need an eBay business account unless you're a casual seller. A store subscription is not intended for a casual seller.
Don't know where you messed up but you don't get a do over. If you are permanently suspended you can't make a new name and start over.
You can contact eBay for business on Facebook or askeBay on twitter.

@sclonhome, if you are buying items to resell, or making items to sell, then you are running a business. So that would indicate you should have filed as a business.
In addition, according to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, it appears that people in Sri Lanka need to register as a business first, in order to be able to receive payments in foreign currency, to their BFCA (Business Foreign Currency Account). Here's a link to their website, then click on CAN YOU ACCEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY AS EARNINGS FROM YOUR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN SRI LANKA? I have not been able to find anything that says that individuals in Sri Lanka can receive payments in foreign currency for selling goods and services, so this appears to mean that only businesses are allowed to do it. This would include selling on eBay.
Some users from Sri Lanka have said that they were able to create individual accounts, but we can't confirm that. We don't know if they were later suspended because of it.
Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.
