Is only payoneer received payment method from selling items on ebay ?

Yes, sellers can only use Payoneer to receive payments in Sri Lanka - buyers can use other methods to pay.

Sri Lanka payouts go into your Payoneer account. The Payoneer account must match the type of eBay account you have. (Personal or business). Payoneer has to have a credit card attached to it. It takes 2- 4 weeks to get approved.
