"item specific recommendations" has gone fro using csv files to using json files

I have over 100 listings.  Most of them had item specific recommendations.  I got them all fixed using the download file which was a CSV file and I worked on it in excel, saved it as a CSV file, and then uploaded it to eBay.  Today when I downloaded the item specific recommendations it was a json file.  I saw the recommendations on how to open it.

It didn't open in notepad.
