Hello,

I have received a phone call from a lady

she said I am selected to participate in the "eBay Managed Seller Program"

she will be my account manger

Then I have received a email from her with a link to a page ( which seems ebay )

I am not sure if I can post the link here??

Does this program exist?

Help would be appreciated??

Did you speak to customer service? Most sellers are their own account managers. If you spoke to customer service most likely they gave incorrect & false info. They also read from scripts and outsourced from the US in other countries. Devon@eBay did you ever find out if this is a legit email and feature? Thanks in advance. Yes, this program does exist. I have such manager, a girl who call me from Ireland and speak with hindus accent. eBay platform is more complicated than we usually know or use, a manager can help you to understand and use them. Terapeak, CBT, promoted listings, store and more. Too complicated for me and many advices from manager indicate towards paid services. If you don't have a store make one for $30/month, if you don't promote listings make it for 2% fee, if you don't list on multiple eBay sites make it for a fee etc. But a manager is good to communicate and assist you for any problem, for example eBay.de don't provide any assistance, no possible contact, a manager is helpful in this case.
