Hello!
A year ago, on May 8, I received a notification that I would be restricted to the US and Canada sales corridor due to a high INR rate .
It was also informed that this restriction will be removed automatically once the rating improves.
I asked support how I can improve my rating if I am not allowed to sell in this corridor.
I received a reply that the rating will be reviewed automatically and the restriction will be removed after a year when the defects automatically disappear.
It's been more than a year now, but unfortunately there are no results.
Who has faced the same problem, can you please help how can I remove this restriction?
With best regards

You are in Ukraine.......and this board is mainly US sellers. Suggest you post on the German or UK board where, perhaps, sellers have had the same experience. Don't know if the war has any bearing on it.

I'm sorry, but you misunderstood how this works. This is not correct:
"... the restriction will be removed after a year when the defects automatically disappear."
The restriction was not supposed to be removed after a year. The message should have been understood to mean that the restriction would be removed IF your performance improved, to the point where your account was meeting the performance requirements again.
However, once the INR status gets so bad that your account is restricted from selling and your listings are removed, then eBay stops evaluating the account and the restriction is permanent. That means that it will never be removed.

OK, I had not looked.
Presumably if they are not allowed to sell to the US or Canada anymore, then the recent sales must have been to other parts of the world. Or maybe, they did improve their performance and the restriction has already been lifted, in which case I have no idea what they are asking about at this point.

Check on this once again after the seller evaluation on June 20th. The update you are hoping for "might" come about by the 21st. Hard to say for sure.
Here in the states we are evaluated/updated on the 20th of every month.

Your listings are showing here in the US, so anyone in the US can buy them if they want.

Ken, that is a good point.......

I notice my tracking ratings change on the 16th of every month...wouldn't that be 'the seller evaluation' or is that something else?

Gentlemen, thank you for your attention to this topic.
My INR valuation in the US looks like this (in the picture) .
The most unfortunate thing is that this restriction was set by mistake, as all my customers have received their purchases (but after opening a case that the item was not received). The packages were delivered later, but the receipt of the packages had no effect on the rating.
Before the restriction I had over 1000 active listings, but after the restriction they were removed, but by some fluke a few listings (up to 10) were left. These are the ones you can see. But I can't change them as I can't create new listings.
I am successfully selling to all other countries, and have no problems with the ranking. But my US sales estimate is not changing.
The next appraisal is due on June 18.
If I have sold one item in the US during the year, and it was successfully delivered and received, can this provide a rating of 100% delivered, thus can the restriction be lifted?
Because it turns out, as in chess, a stalemate situation. I can't create new listings because I have restrictions due to the rating, but also I can't fix my rating due to not being able to create new listings.
I'm sorry, but I can't believe that ebay purposely came up with this situation.
Is it possible to remove this restriction through appeal, and has anyone come across a successful case of removing this restriction ?

I have not read hear on these boards where an appeal of some sort was successful.

In the US, I'm seeing 63 listings right now.

I asked my US friends to check how many of my listings they see and they confirmed that there are indeed more (63) than I see .
In this case, can I expect that if I sell my products in the USA, I will have a positive rating and this restriction will be lifted?
Thank

The reason you might not be seeing the listings is because Ebay has blocked shipping to Ukraine.

I can tell you that I can see some of your listings (63) under your account, but nowhere near all of them. All of the listings I can see have been running for a year or more. I don't see any newer ones than that. The 4 most recent listings are in US$ so they were listed on eBay.com. All the others are older than that, and the ones I checked were in GBP so they were listed on eBay UK. I checked on eBay UK and it says that you have 1399 items for sale there, and some of them are brand new listings.
Possibly, only listings that were started before the restriction are being shown here on eBay USA. You said that the restriction started on May 8, 2024, which supports that. That's just a guess on my part, but its a possible explanation.
I was able to put one item into my shopping cart and go to checkout. So they are not blocked from being sold and delivered to the USA. That strongly suggests that your account is not restricted from selling to the USA.
We can't tell you any more about the status of the apparent restriction. The people who respond here are almost all based in the USA, so this is not an issue that we can ever experience personally. The only way we can figure out how to help export sellers with this, is when the export sellers share their experiences so that we can share them with others.
Please let us know, if the restriction is lifted when you get a purchase that is shipped to the USA.
